Sewer Use Ordinance
"Comments must be received by October 23, 2009"
In accordance with Tennessee Rule 1200-4-14-.18(3), the Town of Arlington has submitted a revised Sewer Use Ordinance and Enforcement Response Guide to meet streamlining compliance changes to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation for approval. A copy of the revised Sewer Use Ordinance will be available for viewing at the Arlington Town Hall, 5854 Airline Road, Arlington, Tennessee between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for the next 30 days. Any comments or questions concerning the revision should be addressed to Mr. Andy Weihl at the Town of Arlington, P.O. Box 507, Arlington, Tennessee 38002. All comments must be received within 30 days of the date of this notice to be considered.
Ordinance 2009-08 passed on Second and Final Reading on September 8,2009.
Ordinance 2009-08 to amend the Arlington Zoning Ordinance, Article 5, Chart 1, uses permitted, by adding districts R-E-5 and RS-22 to the table, and planned developments in the BE and MH-R districts and amend article 10, regulations for planned developments,to add density regulations for R-E-5 and R-MF districts.
